This course will give you some great hands-on experience with our plant friends. Using essential oils topically (applying them to our skin) is one of the most common methods of use. We will look at various ways to do this, learn how much to apply to get the desired effect, and also find out the best places to apply different oils on our bodies.

The scent or aromatic depth of an essential oil gives you guidance as to how much or how often to apply it. The strength of an essential oil blend factors into how you would use it. The part of the plant used to make an oil can show you the best chakra or energy center to use it with. For example, an essential oil made from a leaf will have very different energetic qualities than an oil made from a root.

Carrier oils also play a vital part in the topical application of essential oils, and this course offers a wonderful introduction to carrier oils. It features several videos that are all about carrier oils, as well as related information in the course Workbook.

Special highlights of this course include video demonstrations of two fun and effective spinal massage treatments that I love to do that incorporate customized essential oil blends. You can follow along with the video demonstrations to learn how to do the spinal massage patterns, and step-by-step instructions are also provided in the course Workbook.

In addition, this course features a variety of my own recipes for spinal application blends, including the two customized blends that I use in the massage videos.
